1. Do I have to pay for shipping?
When placing an order on our website, shipping is paid separately. The shipping cost is not included in the product price.
The shipping cost is determined by the distance from the shipping location to the destination.
2. How can I get free shipping?
When placing an order on our website over €70 with delivery within Spain, shipping is free.
When placing an order on our website over €130 with delivery within the European Union, shipping is free.
3. What delivery options can I choose?
When placing an order on our website, you can choose between courier delivery within Spain, Europe, or worldwide. You also have the option to pick up your order at our showroom in Valencia. The products are also available for purchase in our physical stores.
4. How can I pay?
You can pay for your purchase on the website with a bank card online or in our showroom in Valencia with a card or cash.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
After placing your order, you will surely be waiting to receive your wonderful products. We will inform you as soon as the order is on its way, and you will receive an email with a tracking code. We recommend using this code to track your order through the carrier’s website so that you know exactly when you will receive it.
Why does it sometimes take longer?
The order may be delayed due to issues with the carrier. Check the tracking code.
If any of the products are not available, we will refund you the money for the missing product. This may result in the order being delivered a little later.
Sometimes we need to adjust the delivery time during peak hours. For example, this may happen during Christmas.
We do not deliver on holidays and weekends.
6. Can I return products?
You will have enough time to review your purchase. You can return your order for free. Make sure your return meets these conditions:
You can make the return within 30 days of placing the order.
Products can only be returned if they have not been opened.
You must return the product in its original and intact packaging (preferably in the original package in which you received it).
We reserve the right to refuse the return of products that are damaged or show signs of use.
You must also return any received gifts if you are returning the entire order. Otherwise, we will deduct the value of the gift from the purchase price when we make the refund.
The following products are not eligible for return: gift cards and personalized products.
Tip: Always keep the delivery receipt until we have fully processed your return.
