BY VELCHEVA is a niche perfume brand for the home and body, together with a line of fragranced cosmetic products.
We produce in Valencia, Spain, and create fragrances that unfold gradually, reveal multiple facets, and leave a lasting impression.
Our fragrances do not try to shout — they leave a trace.
They are made for those who feel deeply, know themselves, listen to themselves, and trust their own judgment — choosing what truly resonates with them.

There is no franchise fee and no royalties.
We work with clear, transparent, and fair conditions designed to protect the brand and help each partner start with confidence.

The boutique opens with the full brand collection — essential for proper positioning and for offering the customer a complete experience.

Why 10?
Because in the first few weeks, certain products always emerge as clear favorites.
If they sell out too quickly — the customer loses interest.
We prevent that from the very beginning.
After the first weeks, we analyze demand and quickly replenish the best sellers.

Unified pricing policy
Prices may not be lower than those on the official website.
We do not use discounts as our primary strategy.
Only agreed promotional activities are allowed (for example, a gift with purchase).
Investment and profitability

- Additional costs: rent, fit-out, furniture, team (depending on the city and format)

Each location is assessed individually (population, demand, and market characteristics).

A kiosk format is possible, although less effective.
Exclusivity
Exclusivity may be considered individually where there is a clear development strategy and purchase commitment.
Replenishment orders
We offer replenishment orders even in small volumes. Lead times and quantities are adapted to each partner — we aim for healthy turnover and steady growth.
Logistics
Warehouse — Valencia, Spain.
Shipping lead time: 2–3 weeks, depending on order volume.
Guarantees and customer care
Our priority is for every customer to be fully satisfied.

- Damage during transport → claim handled with the carrier
- If responsibility cannot be clearly determined — we resolve it individually, always in the customer’s favor
